The Halo-Halo Special is absolutely delicious! The refreshing shaved ice combined with sweetened ingredients, ube halaya, leche flan, and special gulaman creates the perfect balance of creamy, sweet, and refreshing flavors. Every spoonful has something different to enjoy, making it such a fun and satisfying Filipino dessert. It’s the perfect treat for a hot day or whenever you’re craving something nostalgic and refreshing. Definitely one of my favorites from Demeter’s Kitchenette!

I absolutely love the Filipino delicacies at Demeter’s Kitchenette! I tried the Puto and Ube Pandesal, and both were soft, flavorful, and tasted wonderfully homemade. The familiar Filipino flavors make them perfect for merienda or sharing with family and friends. It’s also great to see classic local favorites being served alongside their other dishes, desserts, and baked goods. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to whenever I’m craving a taste of home!
